One of the Struik innovation centres is located at the production site in Beelitz, Germany, which is near Berlin. This is where new products are developed and existing products are improved. The latest result of these developments is a new, extensive line of products under a new brand name: Struik Berlin. The various soups and stocks are based on authentic German recipes.

The wide variety of traditional German main-course soups includes variations on classics such as Goulash, Lentil and Pea, as well as exciting new combinations including Tomato-Pasta and Schlemmertopf. Struik Berlin soups are available in 400 g, 800 g and 1175 g cans
Concentrated Stock
Struik Berlin Concentrated Stocks are the perfect basis for a virtually unlimited variety of soups. The rich beef and chicken stock flavour gives every dish a robust and complex flavour. The stocks are triple concentrated. One jar makes 1.5 litres of soup.
Fonds
The meat or poultry fonds, made of the crystallized drippings, are the basis for wonderfully smelling sauces, gravy and soups, or to add taste to eastern meals, pasta’s or risotto. On the packing, surprising culinary tips are printed.
