1950 Struik soupfactory in Voorthuizen established by Bernardus Struik.
1965 Bernardus Struik transfers the management of the company, which, at the time, has a turnover of 5 million guilders, to his son Hans Struik (24 years old).
1980 Take-over of Revoca chicken schnitzel factory in Nijmegen.
1984 Take-over of Olde Oak Foods Ltd., United Kingdom (Rowland Smith & Son London).
1984 Take-over of Special Mundi Chicken canningfactory in Yerseke.
1985 Take-over of Amsberg meat products factory in Wezep.
1987 Take-over of Schop meat products and soup canningfactory in Harderwijk.
1994 Take-over of machinery and know how Müller's Mühle soupfactory Germany.
1999 Take-over of California soup factory in Harderwijk.
2000 Take-over of Zwan snacks (Bifi) & soupfactory from Unilever (Belgium).
2001

Opening Struik Foods Food Safety Centre.

2002 Opening of Struik Foods Innovation Centre.
2003 Integration of the six factories in two fully rebuilt and hyper-modern factories in Voorthuizen (the Netherlands) and Schoten (Belgium), ready for the EU regulations Food Safety 2015.
2004 Take-over of factory Freshcom chilled & fresh readymeals in Turnhout (Belgium).
2005 Take-over of Bekina Beelitz Germany (soup and babyfood factory) from Numico, now Struik Foods Berlin.
2007 Ye Olde Oak Foods is opening a new sales office in Sheffield (England).
2008 Mr. Hans Struik has been voted Dutch Food Manager of the Year 2008.
2009
The Bleekenstein farm and estate have been a fixture in Voorthuizen for over 100 years. This farm business, which is adjacent to Struik Voorthuizen, has been continued under the auspices of Struik Foods in a considerably modernised form in 2009. The focal point is the responsible husbandry of the traditional 'blaarkop' breed of cattle. Struik Foods considers sound animal husbandry practices the true hallmark of healthy food production.
2009 Struik Foods opens Chillfis, a new, ultra-modern factory for the production of fresh and chilled meals and soups in Schoten (Belgium).
2011   Ye Olde Oak Foods is opening a new sales office in Sowerby (England).
